# Public Representation Statement

I currently represent only myself and my own work unless a specific written
agreement states otherwise.

I am not acting as an agent, recruiter, employer, payment intermediary,
subcontracting intermediary, US-facing representative, manager, or business
representative for any outside engineering team, contractor group, company, or
third party unless that relationship is explicitly documented in writing.

No individual or organization is authorized to use my name, profile, portfolio,
Pinxit Labs identity, repositories, public work, or professional reputation to
solicit work, negotiate contracts, interview, communicate with clients, receive
payments, or represent delivery capacity on my behalf without my explicit
written consent.

If someone claims to represent me, or claims that I represent them, please
verify directly with me through my official public channels before sharing
access, signing contracts, sending payment, or relying on that claim.

This statement may be updated if my formal business or representation
relationships change.
